Yes. some of our radio customers are funding their presence on UKRP through sponsorship and advertising.
This can take the form of banners ads placed within an image, a full-screen ads, of sponsorship logos and/or messages.
The key aspects to bear in mind are:
- All on-screen advertising and/or sponsorship messages and graphics must adhere to broadcast advertising rules (BCAP code)
- Advertising/sponsorship must be clearly marked so that there is absolutely no risk of subliminal or ambiguous advertising and/or messaging
All images are compliance checked by UKRP staff before being made live and publicly visible. In the event of an issue, this will be raised directly with the radio broadcaster for resolution.
