TV screen remains black

We have encountered a rare issue (June 2026) whereby Amazon require third-party apps to implement particular code changes to remain compliant with their devices.

This issue has caused the UKRP app to temporarily stop loading, leaving users with a black screen, but we are working to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
